Parking
Parking for the event is FREE. We will have a parking team in place to help keep traffic in order both coming to and leaving after the event.
Doors to Event Start
Doors open at 4pm and the event starts at 5pm. From 4 - 5pm, we will make sure that attendees are being greeted and moved through a smooth process of being checked in. We will have lots of photo props spread out across the lobby for memory pic options. We will have merch and materials onsite for purchase.
AND….. OUR GUEST SPEAKERS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 4 TO 4:30PM TO MEET, GREET, AND TAKE PICS.
(No) Virtual Option
We have many who have reached out and asked about a virtual option for this first LITL Conference event. With this being the first conference and the team bandwidth already being utilized, we are not going to be able to produce a virtual option at this time. We know that this may create some disappointment, but also ask that you join with us in prayer that we will eventually be able to be in the room together in the future Lord willing.
Meal Details
The FREE dinner meal will be served from roughly 6:30 - 7pm in the activity center at Immanuel Baptist Church. We will have a Chick-fil-A boxed meal for an easy grab-and-go opportunity. Drinks for meal will also be FREE and provided.
