GERRY BROOKS
Gerry Brooks is a veteran educator in Lexington, Kentucky whose experience holds six years in the classroom, two years as an intervention specialist, and twelve years as an administrator.
As an encouraging speaker, his desire is to help teachers improve their instruction through personal climate and culture strategies. He also desires to help administrators focus on leading their staff in a positive and constructive manner.
Gerry is most well known for his humorous social media videos that focus on real-world educational experiences. He is currently followed by more than 500,000 people worldwide.

BONNIE MARLOWE
Bonnie Marlowe was born and raised in a rural Georgia town where she learned life lessons from chasing cows and helping in the family owned greenhouses / florist.
She currently resides in North Carolina with her husband, Brett, and teaches Kindergarten at a local Christian school. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of West Georgia and a Master degree in Women’s Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Bonnie loves Brett, teaching, coffee, Amazon shopping, and loves to cheer on her Georgia Bulldogs.

Courtney McBride is the visionary and founder of Educators Launching in the Lord. With 27 years of experience in education, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for empowering others. Throughout her career, Courtney has served in a wide range of roles; from classroom teacher to administrator to central office leader, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of the educational landscape. Her dedication to faith-driven leadership and support for educators is at the heart of her mission.
Courtney’s greatest joy outside of her work is her family. She has shared 27 wonderful years with her husband, Noah, and together they have raised three sons who are the pride of their lives. The family loves spending time together vacationing, cheering on the Auburn Tigers, and making frequent trips to their favorite getaway in Tennessee. Their shared adventures and strong bond are a constant source of inspiration in Courtney’s faith and work.
